I built a kingdom out of glass
Skyline dreams that couldn’t last
Chasing neon in the rain
Counting stars, but losing names
My hands are full of silver sand
Slipping through like time unplanned
A house of mirrors, I'm alone
In every room, I lose my home
I run through gardens made of steel
Drink champagne I barely feel
I bought the Sun but miss the dawn
The more I have, the more I'm gone
I’ve got oceans made of diamonds
But I'm drowning in the tide
I climb a mountain every morning
Just to fall back down inside
The world keeps saying I'm the winner
But I feel the coldest flame
At the end of every mirror
All I see is just my name
And in the silence of the storm
Family is all that stays
Burning hours for paper rain
Dancing in commuter chains
A forest full of glassy eyes
We trade our truths for alibis
Billboards say I’ve made it far
But can’t remember who we are
In mansions made of quiet fights
I miss the warmth of kitchen lights
I eat from plates of marble stone
But starve for talks I used to own
The gold won’t answer when I call
But I still buy the waterfall
I’ve got oceans made of diamonds
But I'm drowning in the tide
I climb a mountain every morning
Just to fall back down inside
The world keeps saying I'm the winner
But I feel the coldest flame—
At the end of every mirror
All I see is just my name
And in the silence of the storm
Family is all that stays
No currency can buy the breeze
Or bring back nights beneath the trees
The fire burns, the crowd may cheer—
But who holds me when I'm not here?
I’ve got oceans made of diamonds
But my heart’s a desert plain
I chased it all, but in the quiet
Only family remains
I’ve got oceans made of diamonds
But my heart’s a desert plain
I chased it all, but in the quiet
Only family remains
Only family remains
Only family remains
Only family remains
